
Phoebe T. Chalk, Ed.D., President
Phoebe is a native Tucsonan who graduated from Sahuaro High School, the University of Arizona and Northern Arizona University. She has more than 20 year experience in special event planning including black tie dinners, auctions, class reunions and other private parties. Her work at the University of Arizona has included communication, public relations, fund-raising, costumer service, community service, written publications and websites. Phoebe is a member of Angel Charity for Children, Key Group – a business leads group, UA Hispanic Alumni Club, Tucson Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, and Sahuaro Girl Scouts. Awards include: YWCA’s Women on the Move, Tucson Citizen’s Forty under Forty (1995) and Arizona Alumni Association – Honorary Bobcat.
Roberta Quiroz, Program Director
Roberta is a native Tucsonan who is a graduate of Salpointe Catholic High School and the University of Arizona. Her experience includes coordinating class reunions and she is very knowledgeable with other special events such as cocktail parties, private dinners, and auctions. Roberta is a member of Ladies of the 80s - a community service group, Golden Key National Honor Society, Phi Beta Kappa Society and The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. In 1992, she received the Jefferson Award for Public Service.
