Freshman – One Night Event Only
Check-in and Registration – Provide staff to handle check-in and registration for all events.
Class photo – Hire a photographer to take a class photo at the event. Classmates can purchase such photo online after the Reunion.
Cocktail Party – Provides an opportunity for general socialization and light hors’ dourves.
Decorations – Flowers, balloons, displays, etc.
General organization and communication – Staff to provide communication to classmates, answer questions and prepare entire event from beginning to end.
Guest name tags – Name tags for your classmates’ guest.
Handling General Questions – Respond to questions by classmates and vendors such as hotels, restaurants, and entertainment.
Internet Sign Up – Provide a customized online registration and payment opportunity.
Invitations and Paper Costs – Design online invitation and invitations for classmates with whom e-mails cannot be located.
Mailing Costs – Provide mailing costs for “save the date” cards and invitations.
Memorabilia Display – Display boards of photos, programs, etc.
Personalized name tags – Name tags re-printed with your name
Roaming photographer – Provide photographer who takes photos throughout the entire reunion and then classmates can purchase them online after the Reunion.
RSVPs – Tracks all reservations
Search for Classmates – With the assistance of classmates, the staff will help search for lost class members.
Set-up of events – Set up the event by putting tables, chairs, décor, staging, etc.
Tear Down of events – Clean up tables, chairs, décor, staging, etc.
Welcome Banner – Banner and signage welcoming class members
Sophomore – Two Night Event
Includes everything in Freshman package.
Dinner (second night) – Sit down dinner (buffet or plated)
DJ – Disc jockey provides music of client’s choice.
Highlight video – Video designed to show pictures from high school and current photos.
Personalized picture name tags – Name tags of classmates have a scanned photo of their senior picture and name.
Security – Security provide to prevent “crashers” from attending events when they didn’t pay to attend.
Junior – Two Night Event
Includes everything in Freshman and Sophomore packages excluding DJ.
Awards – With client’s help develop awards to give at reunion (i.e. person who has the most kids).
Live Band – Live band based on clients requested style of music.
Senior – Two Night Events with other outings (golf/family day)
Includes everything in all packages excluding DJ.
Compiled Data/Memory Books for each classmate – Classmate’s biographical information bound in a book.
Golf Outing and/or Family Day – day the park/pool or golf outing.
Costs
Costs are based on the number of guaranteed attendees, research of classmates, mailings, location, entertainment, and the goals of each client. Cost can range from $75-$150 a person based on the package selected (this is an average – could be lower or higher).
