Does the Chair person or committee members need to up front any money?

No, Classic Reunions and Events provide all deposits to vendors.

How far in advance does the class need to begin the process?

Approximately 9 months from the date of the event.

How do you find class members?

Classic Reunions and Events will rely heavily on the committee to help locate people. In addition, Classic Reunions and Events is a member of Classmates.com and Reunions.com and we utilize those services. Usually, the school will provide a list to the committee chair who will then share it with Classic Reunions and Events.

Does Classic Reunions and Events use the class list for anything else other than the Reunion?

Absolutely not! The data we receive from the high school and the data we compile are only used for the Reunion. The data sheets we collect from class members are used to make a Data/Memory Book for class members only. Classic Reunions and Events has no control over what your classmates use the data for after the reunion. A class member may choose not to be part of the Data/Memory book to prevent unwanted mailings

How does one start the Reunion planning process?

Usually it is a member of the Senior Class government officers, such as a class president or secretary. It depends on the school policy. Traditionally someone on the high school staff is available to answer such questions.

What differentiates Classic Reunions and Events from other Reunion Planning companies?

A few of the unique services provided by Classic Reunions and Events are online registration, registration payment services online, and nanny services. In addition, classmates can communicate with each other through a message board provided exclusively for their class.

What is included in my ticket price?

This depends on the reunion package selected by the Reunion Committee. A list of reunion packages can be found on this website’s home page.

Time is valuable and we realize committee members are busy with families and careers. In addition, the Classic Reunions and Events can obtain lower rates from vendors because of the existing relationships we have with entertainment companies, hotels, photographers, caterers, etc.
