Weddings
Weddings are time for excitement but sometimes the planning process creates unnecessary stress on the bride, the groom and their families. Classic Reunions and Events takes the time to meet with the bride and groom to ensure there is a good fit between them and our staff. The relationship between the wedding planner and the bride and groom is extremely important to the success of the wedding. We will make sure the bride and groom’s desires for their wedding are met. The staff of Classic Reunions and Events has existing relationships with hotels, resorts, event locations, photographers, entertainment companies, caters and much much more! We will make this important day even more special because it will be stress free.
Conference Planning
Conference planning is very specialized and needs the time and attention of a dedicated staff. Classic Reunions and Events can help make your conference a success. The staff will negotiate hotel and meeting facilities, organize and schedule all conference needs, work to ensure that VIPs are happy, handle public relations, marketing and media needs, and process the registration of attendees. We will work closely with the organization to ensure the expectations are fulfilled from the beginning to the end.
Holiday Parties
The Holiday Season is a time to meet with friends and families, thank employees for a great year or to show case your company by having an open house. Classic Reunions and Events can help with this process by managing the details for you. Many times staff members take on the role of planning these events and they themselves cannot enjoy the gathering. Classic Reunions and Events is involved from the early planning stages to the end of the event. We can help coordinate the holiday gathering based on the clients needs; anything from décor to entertainment or invitation design. We set it up and of course we clean it up when everyone is headed home. Allow yourself or your company’s staff the time to wrap up the year without worrying about the Holiday details.
Birthday Parties

From party hats to a video remembering the last 50 years, Classic Reunions and Events can make it happen stress free because of the resources available to make it a special birthday party.
Fundraisers
Black tie dinners, silent and live auctions, golf tournaments or you name it, Classic Reunions and Events’ staff has been producing such events for more than 20 years. Our company can help a committee organize themselves into a fund-raising machine. Contracts, auction solicitation letters, invitations and the event itself are all specialty areas for the staff of Classic Reunions and Events. We will provide constructive feedback on the possible success of the event and we will help you make it successful.
Childcare Service for Events
Group child care is available for all types of special events. Nannies are screened, fingerprinted, drug and TB tested. In addition, each Nanny has at least two years of experience and is CPR trained. The cost for Nannies varies depending on the number of children, age of children and any special needs associated with the children. A child care request form can be completed by a specific deadline associated with each event. Once the number of children are determined, the costs for such child care will be provided to the parent requesting such care.
